About this property
Luxury 10bed Private Beach Villa, short stroll to the beach, Finns, Atlas
Available for Christmas!
You wanted a villa with space to fit a crowd without sacrificing luxury or location, and we’ve found it.
Call up everyone you know and love: we’ve found perfection at Desa Berawa 10bed beach villa. Sleeping a total of 20, this pair of villas (1 x6bed and 1x4bed) offer you the glam life. There’s private pools, entertainment rooms, picture windows, and spacious open plan living. And all this is in the heart of Berawa, just a short stroll from the beach, and within easy reach of Berawa’s many cafes, restaurants and beach clubs.
Desa Berawa 10bed beach villa has room for everyone
This villa complex is made up of two of our favourite villas, Desa Berawa 6bed and Jumah 4bed. Together they simply can’t be beaten.
There’s something for everyone here. There are two ultra glam master suites with large dressing rooms and stunning views for whoever baggsies them first. The master suite at Desa Berawa is located upstairs and features a huge private balcony with garden views, a large seating area, a lawn and a swing. The master suite at Jumah opens up right into the pool via glass sliding doors, so you can dive in right from your room. Both have smart TVs.
And for everyone else, a further 7 double bedrooms with king sized beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds plus spacious ensuites are not to be sniffed at.
Lots of space to mingle
The generous open plan living space in each villa is ideal for getting everyone together. In both villas, this space features comfortable seating, a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. It also opens up via glass doors onto the pool and garden area, allowing your get-together to sprawl outside too. On top of this, there’s also a separate entertainment room with smart TV and Netflix for anyone who wants a little peace. Desa Berawa 6bed also features a workspace with a large wooden desk, an office chair and a printer.
When it’s time to go out and explore, you’re already right in the heart of things. Walk down to the beach, or to Finns or Atlas beach club. Both of these world leading beach clubs are on your doorstep. Or head into the cafes and restaurants of Berawa – you could eat at a new place every day and never run out of places to try.

About the host
Hosted by Bali Comfy Villas
Hi! My name is Anna and with my team I am on a mission to help you find the perfect villa in Bali for your vacation.
Our aim is to offer you exactly what you are looking for, quickly, efficiently and stress free. We understand your time is valuable and you don’t want to go through the hassle of taking care of all the small details of your vacation. We are here to assist you and organise your holiday for you so you only have to worry about where to sip your next pina colada!
Most importantly I understand your needs as I have been in your shoes in the past. I originally came to Bali in 2012 as a tourist before settling in the island for good.
Bali Comfy Villas initially started as a way to help my friends to find accommodation in Bali and then developed to become what it is today.
My selection process comes from first-hand experience. This means that I have stayed myself in all the villas I have selected and have nurtured close working relationships with the villa managers and/or owners.
From the time I started living in Bali, I have always stayed in Seminyak and then Canggu. Therefore, my villa selection is limited to these two areas which I know best and love with all my heart. I hope you will fall in love with Canggu and Seminyak the way I did when I first moved here.
For all the above reasons I believe I know what you are looking for as well as the little things you should avoid when in Bali and the things you should not miss out on, and will do my best to make your holiday a memorable one!

Why they chose this property
Start your day with the best coffee in town at Hungry Bird and head straight off to Berawa beach to enjoy some well-deserved vitamin Sea. Berawa beach is on your doorstep – 2min away by bike or car. Finns Beach Club and Atlas Beach Fest (Southeast Asia's largest one-stop entertainment center) are right there.
Other breakfast options include Satu Satu – do order the Eggs Benedict, it won’t hurt your pocket - Cinta café, 7islands and Ruko café. All these places have a lot of Western dishes, fresh fruit and Indonesian options for breakfast. 7islands is more of a gourmet bakery/coffee place but still has decent breakfast options.
Once your stomach starts rumbling, try Milu by Nook with its Western/Indo fusion cuisine. If you like raw fish, do order the spicy tuna poke bowl and enjoy the view of the ricefields. For our vegetarian and vegan friends, Peloton Supershop is definitely worth a visit. Top selections include the Creamy Cheesy Lasagne with cashew cheese or the ‘Power House Salad’ if you are up for something healthier.
Dinner options in Berawa are endless, depends on what you are craving. For pizzas to die for, try Milk and Madu (also has a playground and there is often live music) and La Baracca. Nude with its friendly smile and half raw food does great poke bowls, cocktails and smoothies. For top notch sushi go to the newly opened Sushimi or the more expensive Indigo.
If you can summon the strength and it doesn’t break your heart to step out of Berawa, Batubolong (no worries you are still in Canggu) has some great food as well. Do try the real Javanese food at Casa Tua and you will be enchanted not only by its food but also by its setting which takes you to the heart of Java. Penny Lane says it all with its jaw dropping surroundings and delish tapas and cocktails. And of course do pay a visit to the legendary Deus – one of the first places to open in Canggu – that is a concept store including a restaurant and a bar. Its famous burgers are to die for.
