BBQ area and full kitchen for indoor and outdoor dining. Includes a rooftop entertainment area with a 360 degree view. Entertain parties of 50+. Master bedroom and living room with full ocean view.

Internet ready Smart TV with either Direct TV, local channels, Netflix, HBO, Cinemax and Pay Per View. The home is furnished with traditional Mexican interiors and fabrics, and has a feel of old Mexico, but with a modern comfort and conveniences. The furniture is handmade by local artisans.

AMAZING HOUSE. OVERPRICED FOR THE PLACE, BUT GREAT VIEWS. A LITTLE FAR FROM ROSARITO AND ENSENADA.

Beautiful and private beach

45 mins from TJ is worth the drive. Glad we didn’t stay at a beach resort and came here instead. The only issue is that it wasn’t the same unit I booked. We were supposed to be right on the sand but we got a bigger beautiful home right behind with amazing views still. It also had its own rooftop that gave us the sunset view. The inside and out was beautiful!!! The staff was really nice also and you can order breakfast from them as well. Highly recommend

Didn’t honor mi reservation, gave me a different condo, a downgrade without a credit and it was not clean.
