Unplug, empty and return humidifiers if used.
Unplug and return space heaters if used.
Turn the downstairs thermostat and both bedroom heaters to 55 degrees.
Leave all bedroom and bathroom doors open.
Lock the front and back doors.
Ensure there are no items left outside the home or in the driveway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
