The owner provides 6 beach chairs and 2 beach tags. The condo includes cable and WiFi, and there is a shared laundry facility onsite. Parking is available on the street and in a lot across the street, and the unit is equipped with 3 window A/C units
Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN 2PM/CHECK OUT 10AM.
