Absolutely wonderful

The rental was an easy process from start to finish. The owner is a pleasure to work with. We are a repeat renter and are already looking forward to our next trip. The house is ideal for the Grandparents, Children & Grandchildren to enjoy a getaway together!

We couldn't be more pleased with our stay in OCNJ. Even though we were here off season, the accommodations were top notch. The renter made sure the home was clean and well stocked for us and I'm sure they do the same for all their tennants. We will certainly rent this home again

Great Place to Stay in South Ocean City!!!

Elegant and well-kept property. Lovely and flexible open space of the kitchen-dining-living area with a dynamite view of the ocean (also from covered deck outside the living room). Worked well for all our ages: two grandparents, three adult children with two spouses, and 9 grandchildren; we loved it! Grandkids got a special kick out of the "secret" private boardwalk path over the dune to the wide and level beach. Owner accommodating and pleasant to work with.

Heavenly Birthday Celebration

We went to celebrate our oldest son's 30th birthday in heaven with all the family. The location was perfect. Oceanside , short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. 50+ degrees in November was nothing short of gift from our heavenly son. The warmth was so wonderful my son an his cousin slept on the porch. At one time we had 14 guests with plenty of room for all. All living areas were clean and comfortable.

Doesn't get any better than this!

We were thried with this Spacious, clean, beachfront home. This condo actually feels like a single family home as it has two levels. Covered porch was were we spent most of our time. We appreciated the grill, parking spaces, and wifi. Owner was very responsive with a of our questions and communications. If they offered a 6 star review - this property would get it.

The house was as described. Great location and very spacious. Upon check-in we had a bathroom with an inch of water on the floor and another bathroom with no running water. A quick call to the owner and then the property manager got this fixed for us. Some areas could use some updating/replacements (like toilet seats). Overall happy with our stay

Great house in a great location!

We stayed for a long weekend in this house and really enjoyed our stay. There were 6 adults and 7 kids 7 and under. I felt like there was enough room and rooms to accommodate all of us. The house was clean and updated. The kitchen and common area was perfect for cooking and hanging out with all of us. We enjoyed breakfast on the porch overlooking the ocean. The windows in the kitchen had a breathtaking view. We walked to the beach a few times with great access. The boardwalk is 5 min driving distance. I would definitely want to rent the house again if we go back to OC NJ. Thank you for a weekend of awesome memories!

Quiet sea side location for our family gathering

What a wonderful experience. From beginning to end, absolutely wonderful. My family went to this location for a 30th birthday celebration weekend for my son who went to heaven 5 years ago from a Brain tumor. We arrived at the location to find a beautiful residence with an outstanding view of the ocean. The weather, mid to high 50's, reaching the low 60's added to the enjoyment of the stay. Appointments throughout the residence were great, from comfy beds to Deck furniture. Kitchen was great for a family gathering. A large island was the gathering point for serving meals. When serving 16 guests , the large dining area was exceptional. Maryellen was great to work with from start to finish. We will plan to stay again. Scotty W.

Amazing OC Family Rental

We are an extended family of 11 spanning ages 3-70. This is our eight summer home rental and ties for our favorite. It is a great large square footage property. Very clean and feels much newer than other large beach homes we rented. Every bedroom was spacious. It was very nice to have three private bathrooms for the adults. The kitchen and living space are nicely furnished and made it easy to be together doing different activities ( reading on comfy chairs outside, kids playing board games at kitchen table, others watching TV). Plenty of dishes and cookware. Nice to have washer dryer in hallway, convienient. Plus: -Location! On beach. Easy walk with kids stuff. Near life guard. Quieter than main boardwalk area. -Very spacious. Feel like every room was more than enough for two and available cots could help add more people without feeling squished. -Covered large porch with great views. Wonderful all day long and plenty of nice seating for large family. -Top notch support from property management. They came by multiple times to help with little things and trash. Minus: - The bottom floor bedroom is great layout but did have musky smell. During a rain storm the water came in and soaked part of the carpet (it was sucked up and dried the next day by property mgt) and it was mentioned it happened before. Suggest this gets fixed (take out carpet put in tile? Fix issue outside that tilts draining to door?) on this property otherwise long term this will be a mold issue and future renters will notice even more. -Annoying and insignificant but worth mentioning. The upstairs owners have a booming base sound system they use for evening tv or movies. It is loud and shakes the living room kitchen area. Was very loud during the dinner hour 7-9 but then stopped each night they were in town. So if you feel the building and Windows shake don't be alarmed :) All in all loved this place. Would rent again.

a lovely week at the beach

We enjoyed this lovely beachfront home very much and found it to be the perfect arrangement for our large family...love the folding beds...perfect for a group with children. Perhaps because it was the end of the season, there were not enough forks in the silverware drawer (no worries, we used a few spoons!) I only mention this so they can be replenished. We were glad to have the grill, the beach chairs, the boogie boards. Thank you for making this great property available for rent. I wonder if it will be available for the same week in September next year and, if so, what will the price be?

Best at the Beach

We had a family gathering to celebrate the life of my mother, who died this year. It was a great location for getting to the beach, boardwalk and downtown. Plenty of chairs and space to visit with each other. The second fridge in the garage is very helpful, as is the abundance of trash and recycling containers. A great choice!

Fantastic rental, perfect location

We had a wonderful time at this home on the beach! There is plenty of room and it was so nice to be right on the beach. A quick walk and you're there. The house was comfortable, clean and had plenty of space for our group of 8 adults and 5 young children. The only thing I would suggest is some more cooking utensils and silverware. It was a great weekend and I would definately do it again.

Very good location

The kitchen was stocked with essentials like oil, salt , pepper and some spices . We dint end up cooking though. The beach chairs were very useful. Access to beach was wonderful.The fact that we had to carry bedding linen -sheets and pillow covers was a bummer , but I guess it's due to covid .wonderful stay overall !

Family get together

Our family was celebrating a wedding at a nearby venue, so rather than book several hotel rooms we found this home, which was beyond our expectations. Breath taking views of the ocean. Room for Everyone

We had 14 adults at the house for a long Easter weekend. We also celebrated a 50th birthday while there. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and have a good time with the large table. The views were great! It was a little cool and windy so we put our chairs out on the back lawn where the wind was blocked and it was beautiful!!

Perfect girls getaway
