Summary:
Enjoy this modern three-level townhome with plenty of space for family and friends, ideally located near world-class skiing, summer hiking, and year-round dining and shopping.
The Space:
Everything you desire in a vacation rental is right here and take advantage of a weekly discount! Socially, the main living area features plenty of comfortable seating and a gas fireplace for a night in or for listening to music or watching a movie on the 75-inch HDTV with surround sound. There is another living room space on the lowest level with its own HDTV/DVD, with a desk / desk chair, electric fireplace and chaise sofa. Finally, the whole crew can enjoy the 6-person saltwater hot tub on the patio off of the kitchen.
KITCHEN
Adjacent to the living room is a beautiful gourmet chef’s kitchen, completely equipped with stainless double ovens, Sub Zero fridge and all the cookware and necessities needed for a memorable dinner including an Instant-pot, crock pot, sous vide and more. Enjoy your gourmet meals in the dining area that easily seats eight, with additional seating for three more at the island bar. There are children's cups/plates/bowls, and a high chair available for use.
THE BEDROOMS
When it is time for some sleep, there are great options to sleep up to 11 people comfortably. The master king bedroom features a walk-in closet, private TV, and convenient full en suite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower and separate tub. The guest bedroom with a king bed hosts a spacious dresser and a TV. The bunk room features a twin over queen bunk bed and TV. The 4th bedroom features sweeping views and a queen sized bed, as well as a TV and built-in bedside storage. On the multipurpose lowest level, find some privacy from the rest of the house; with its own attached full bath, which functions as an office, as a fifth sleeping space with pullout queen sofa, or as a kids hangout space with desk, games, couch, and TV. This room has an electric fireplace too! Also available in the unit are a folding crib and a baby gate.
DECK
Enjoy the mountain views from a private deck with outdoor seating, a gas BBQ grill, and relax in the 6-person saltwater hot tub for your enjoyment.
NEIGHBORHOOD
The Bear Hollow Village has options for fun year round. Year round, you can work out in the community gym or use the community hot tub which are just steps away from this property. In the summertime, you can just hang out at the community’s pool and hot tub, or use the amenities that include the fitness center, park, putting green, hiking trails and basketball court.
ADDITIONAL HIGHLIGHTS
- Park in the private garage, with space for two vehicles and storage for all your sports equipment (whether it’s summer or winter!). With plenty of room for warm weather bikes, pool, and fishing gear, there is also room for up to 6 pairs of boots and gloves on the heated drying rack as well as both ski and board storage! There is room for two more cars in the driveway.
- For the adventurous travelers, there is lots to do in the vicinity of the property! Bear Hollow Village is right next to Utah's Olympic Park, where the 2002 Olympics were hosted! Just up the road from there, you will find an outlet shopping center and a variety of grocery stores and delicious restaurants as well as the world-renowned Woodward extreme sports facility. A few minutes south of Bear Hollow Village on the free shuttle is Park City's Canyons Resort (it is less than 2 miles by car to parking for Cabriolet lift!), one of the best skiing locations in the state!. Continuing south a few more miles, you will find Historic Downtown Park City with various stores, breweries and restaurants. These attractions are near Park City's Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort, both excellent skiing locations. The home is also close to various hiking and biking trails, with access to a paved trail at the entrance of the neighborhood - Park City has over 400 miles of trails to explore, with paths for every ability!. You can access just about everything Park City has to offer in just fifteen minutes or less!
- Traveling can be tricky, good thing Park City has a free bus transit system as well as the new High Valley Transit service, yes there is an app for that, which can help you get around without having to stress about pesky parking requirements.
- Finally, for those of you that have to work while others play, there are several desks available and the property is served by 1Gb ethernet in the main living room with excellent Wi-Fi support throughout the townhouse.
- Note: For home security purposes, exterior facing cameras have been installed near the front and back doors of the home.

Place was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked! It snowed while we were there and we were thankful that they have a plowing service. Boots and glove dryers were a nice bonus too. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
We had a great time at this condo for our ski trip. The location was very convenient to the Canyons entrance of Park City resort. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place to stay in a very nice community. The unit had everything you’d ever need. Easy walk and access to the community pool and rec area. Overall a really great stay.

The location was terrific. A great floor plan for two couples and a few kids.
Kitchen is great but is poorly organized and cluttered.
Property management never responded to hvac issue during our stay.

Tony was a good guest and took good care of my home. It is disappointing to hear he didn't like how the kitchen was organized, but I will take his advice to heart and consider new ways to make it easier to find needed cookware and utensils. I am also saddened to hear that Tony experienced an HVAC issue and it is unfortunate that I am learning of the issue from his review, as I don't have any record of him calling or reaching out through VRBO messenger. If any guest were to experience an HVAC issue and reach out to me or my crew we would of course want to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Perhaps in Tony's case we just had a technology error that prevent his call or voice message from coming through.
This unit was well equipped, plenty of space for two families of 4, and easy access to Park City as well as Kimball Junction (groceries, restaurants, etc). Kitchen had everything needed plus soap/detergent, basic seasonings, oil, etc. Covered hot tub, garage, and boot warmer a major plus! PMI super easy to work with - only had to call about missing garage door opener and they were responsive and courteous. Would def stay here again!
We plan a group ski trip every year and this is hands down my favorite house we’ve stayed at. The location was good with easy access to the free bus. They had all the kitchen amenities you could ask for to make some great meals. The hot tub was clutch for recovering from the slopes. Garage had a boot warmer and ample space for all our gear. The space was open and had some separation at the same time. And something that a lot of places fall short on, there were more than enough towels all throughout the house for showers and hot tub use. Really loved the place and would stay again if we go back to park city.
Looking for a place to stay while in Utah for friends and football. The townhome was better than the pics. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. We had a BBQ one night and everything you would need in a kitchen to prepare dinner and BBQ. We all and space to spread out and gather. Even had a little skiff of snow one morning. Fire place in main living area makes the home warm and cozy. Communicating with the management office was easy and they were quick to respond. Would happily stay here again.
Terrific place that is well furnished and very functional
This is a great rental for a large group. The unit is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture, the master suite and living areas are very spacious, the kitchen has tons of pots/pans/utensils and misc. stuff like coffee, spices, etc. were left for use. The hot tub was clean and the garage had a ski/snowboard racks and a boot driers. We had one small problem that the management company addressed within 24 hours. I really don't have a negative comments. The house worked really well for our group!
We loved the house. It’s at a great location, easy access to Kimball junction and close to downtown Park City. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils you could need and even has a crockpot, instant pot, and other small appliances. The rooms were great. Lots of TV’s. The garage was accessible which was nice. The only complaint we have was someone came by and treated the hot tub on a Friday, when it was scheduled on Monday’s. They put way too much chlorine or something because when our kid’s went to get in they were overwhelmed by the fumes, coughing and eyes burning. It was unsafe and the kids were way bummed we couldn’t use the hot tub on our last night. But overall it was an excellent stay and I would stay here again.

Lisa was a great guest, and I greatly appreciate her review. The issue Lisa experienced with the "too much chlorine" was due to the newly added chemicals cleaning the water from bacteria growth that occurs after regular use of the hot tub. Which is why we hire professionals to treat the water on a weekly basis to keep the hot tub and its water clean. It is unfortunate that this process made it difficult to use the hot tub on Lisa's final night, but it was necessary to make sure the water was clean.
Very nice and well equipped. We even brought our own citrus zester only to find that the condo already had one. The only issue we had was that the bed sheets had been laundered with Tide pods with fabric softener. Two members of my party were allergic to either the detergent or fabric softener. It took a night of sleep to figure this out. Once we understood what the problem was, we re-laundered the sheets with fragrance free and organic detergent from Whole Foods. The remaining nights of sleep were comfortable and fine. This was the only issue we encountered during our stay and will not affect our desire to stay at this same place next year.
