The condo was clean, spacious, and very close to the beach! There are two bedrooms upstairs and two couches downstairs, one with a pull-out couch. This caused a bit of a problem because we have three girls aged 9, 7, and 6, and it made one of them feel left out to be downstairs alone. So something to consider for families. But it's a great unit and we enjoyed our stay.
