LJ’s beach house is located in beautiful North Jacksonville Beach, situated 5 short blocks from the beach. The House offers three bedrooms and two full baths. Sleeping arrangements can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and provides the perfect getaway, family vacation, office retreat or just time away from the daily grind. The outdoor area is a tropical oasis where you can relax and unwind. Back yard includes a large pool, connected hot-tub, fire pit, large covered porch and ample outdoor seating.

The house was great, the location just as good. All in all a great pick if looking to stay in JAX Beach. The neighborhood is quiet with relatively no traffic. It's a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Everything was clean and nicely decorated in beach decor. The home owner was fantastic at communication. I'm sure we'll stay at this property again.

This house is adorable, very comfortable, and in a great part of Jax speech! The owners are great to work with and respond quickly to any messages. I will be keeping this house in my favorites list; I eagerly await my next getaway for rest and relaxation at this home!

5 Star - Amazing!

We had a wonderful time during our 6 night stay! Just a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach and a short walk to restaurants made our stay so convenient! Leslie is a fantastic host who is very responsive! The beds were super comfy and the pool was perfect! The kitchen has everything you could need and the shed out back has everything you could need for the beach and the pool! Loved it!

Quick Family gathering

Great place to stay for a quick, last minute family gathering. We came in from all around to join a family gathering at in-town relatives' house. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but great access to the beach and local places.

Our new go-to place!

Everything was fantastic. We loved that we were able to bring our 2 pups and feel very secure with the awesome fully fenced in yard. The house was clean and cozy, and the backyard with pool and hot tub was the perfect place to relax. We will definitely be staying here anytime we come back to Jax!

Leslie & Joe are wonderful! Arrival…departure super easy. House is beautiful! They have a local artist designing/paintings around the house and it’s very beachy and fun! Beds are great!! For me - thats always a deal breaker. And LOVED the clean-crisp sheets! Great house… great location… great owners!

Excellent New Year's!

Our family stayed here for the week of New Year's. It was perfect! It is close to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, and we loved hanging out in the backyard. The home looks exactly like the pictures; so cute and beachy! The host was very good with communication. We will definitely be back!

Family time

Our granddaughter was graduating nursing school at Jacksonville University and we thought to make it a little family get away and this home could not have been better. Beautiful beach vibe spacious clean and near everything. Just perfect and host could not have made us more comfortable. Great place great time!

Best Rental - Even Better in Person

I don't even know where to start, as this was the best rental we've ever stayed in. Leslie is a wonderful communicator and an excellent host. Their house was perfect for our family and is filled with beautiful beach decorations and paintings. All of the necessities were provided and the backyard Oasis is a getaway of its own. We can't wait to return!

Family Trip

Our family had a wonderful stay and we would recommend this house to anyone. It is even cuter than the photos show. The house was very clean and the beds and furniture were comfortable and perfect for our family of 6. The pool, hot tub and backyard were great for hanging out in with plenty of seating and a large, covered porch for when it rained. The owners provide lots of great pool and beach floats, boogie boards, and even beach toys for children. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was well furnished for guests. I highly recommend this house.

Beautiful home!

We were displaced from our original booking due to the hurricane and we booked this home the night before. (One of the few that allowed that) it was lovely and fit all our needs. Although we took most of everything we needed they had wonderful extras around the home that you don’t normally see. Enough towels for an army! Lots of kitchen supplies as well. Beautiful backyard, pool hot tub and fire pit! Amazing host that touched base with you just enough to make sure you had what you needed. Loved our stay!

The pictures do not do this property justice. This house is immaculant and beautifully decorated. All the little extras provided by the host went above and beyond. From multitude of towels to extra throw blankets to cuddle on the couch. We were so imppressed. My son is stationed at NAS JAx so we will most definately be back

Quiet Neighbourhood Beach House

We just loved staying in this charming Beach House situated in a quiet low traffic neighbourhood. It is close to everything including Mayo Clinic. Leslie is a wonderful host and attentive to every detail. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The outside pool and jacuzzi area is private and has everything you need to enjoy the outdoors. I cannot recommend this place enough. It really is a true vacation hoe away from home. ~Deb

Amazing Beach House

Our family had a wonderful time at Leslie and Joe's beach house! Our family especially enjoyed the pool and backyard space. We had 6 people but the home could easily accommodate 8. The photos and description matched perfectly. We really appreciated all of the extras things the home included such as towels, pool floats and beach equipment. While this house isn't on the beach it is close and we were able to walk there in about 12 mins. This wasn't an issue for us because we asked Leslie about the location prior to booking. The beach is about a 2 minute car ride away and we easily found free parking and plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The house was extremely clean and truly felt like a home away from home. Leslie and Joe really thought about everything and there wasn't a single thing that we needed that the home didn't provide. For our family, this home was a 10 out of 10. Leslie was super quick to communicate as well if we had an issue or question. We would recommend this home to our family and friends and we are already planning our next stay. Thank you Leslie and Joe for a phenomenal vacation!

House had everything you could want and more!

This house had everything you needed and more. A hot tub at the click of a button, private pool (unheated though so check the dates that you travel if the pool is important to you. We went first week in March 2022 and the pool was warm enough to swim most of the time), bikes, grill, firepit, plenty of outdoor seating, all the bells and whistles inside the house that you could ever need, plus the whole house (inside & out) had original beach art (not only paintings and sculptures but on doors, headboards, stools, and cabinets) done by a local artist. One of the nicest beach-feel houses I have been in. With that being said, you are only a few blocks from the beach. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The hosts, Leslie and Joe, who were very accommodating, recommended the Sandollar which gave you an excellent view of the river and the Fish Company which had excellent food and a raw bar. Can’t say enough about this house or the hosts and would definitely stay here again if in the area.
