The host was available and helpful. The views were spectacular and the sounds of the waves were so peaceful. The condo was spacious and well equipped! Would definitely recommend and book again!

The property was fantastic for our family visit to California. The location was perfect - steps from the beach and close to the highway. The amenities were high quality and well thought out, everything you could possibly think of from beach gear to kitchen utensils and cookware, to laundry machines. The view of the ocean was breathtaking, and it was nice to hear the ocean waves at night. The only minor complaint is that air conditioning was advertised, but was not availble in the unit. For the most part it was still comfortable, except for one night when there was no breeze and it was 27 degrees C (80 F), making it slightly difficult to sleep even with fans. Please note that we stayed in late Sept, so it might be worse in the peak of the summer. However, overall it was an amazing stay and would highly recommend it. Thank you for an unforgetable vacation!

Thank you as well for pointing out that air conditioning was mistakenly checked in our platform listing—we updated our profile immediately to reflect that, like most oceanfront homes in San Clemente, our condo relies on natural coastal cross-ventilation from wide glass sliders to capture the Pacific breeze, paired with ceiling fans installed in every room.
