The Jsmart loft has an equipped kitchen, where you can prepare your breakfast and meals with the same quality as if you were at home, high-speed Wi-Fi, an exclusive space for remote work, 18,000 BTU air-conditioning, Smart TV and a comfortable bed for restful nights, and we also have a sofa bed. The balcony is an invitation to relax and enjoy the local climate.

Access to the entire space in the unit, fitness center, co-working with several workstations, minimarket, laundry and a comfortable rooftop terrace available until 10 p.m.

Building with electronic entrance, all guests must be registered and if you want to use the garage, please inform the vehicle's license plate.
