The space
Each bedroom has a King Bed, nightstands with outlets for your phone chargers on each side, a double dresser with mirror and a full length door mirror.
There are also luggage racks, hangers and hampers.

Both bathrooms have sample supplies just in case you forget your shampoo etc. and there is a blow dryer in each one.

The living room has an office area complete with printer in case anyone is mixing work with vacation time.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make home cooked meals while away or get delivery from one of our great local restaurants.

We have multiple grocery stores that also deliver and even have drive through liquor stores if you head into Daytona Beach city side.

Our outdoor area is a show stopper - everyone that sees it raves about it. Inground pool with lights, spa (heated from 4pm-Midnight) with remote that puts bubbles on and off, pool floats, grill, outdoor TV for pool/spa movie nights, patio table and chairs, cute little sitting area for your morning coffee and it's fully screened in so you can enjoy the outside without the outside "enjoying" you.

The garage has been converted into a game Room with a TV, recliners, ping pong table, games and electronic darts.

This is our home away from home and we want it to feel like yours too!!!
Guest access
You'll have full access to the entire house. The only exceptions are a storage closet and the shed outside which both hold supplies we need when there.

Please note there is a 6 guest maximum and all guests MUST be registered. No unregistered guests allowed on premise without prior approval by host.
Other things to note
There is so much to do in Florida and so much fun to be had! You could literally do a different activity every day for a year without ever repeating one! We have created a book with some of the highlights. I recommend you look through some of it and see if anything catches your eye!
