This is the second time we have stayed at the Songbird Cottage. It is a lovely property and perfect for our small family. The kids toys, puzzles and books are such a nice touch. And the cinnamon rolls were very much enjoyed!

If you want to unplug in a great location, this is the place! They are also kid friendly with twin beds and toys and were forgiving when we let them know our toddler broke some figurines. We loved watching the birds too each morning. Great location for visiting Gettysburg too and there is a gorgeous reservoir a few short miles for outdoor picnics and kayaking.

Property was very nice. No tvs and no entertainment for the children . We packed up after a quick refreshing and left after 3 hrs at the place .

Nice for hiking and nature-lovers. For the rest not much to do in the neighbourhood. House is nice, clean (but not very clean) but perfect for a few days. Disadvantage is that the main road is just in front of the house which brings a lot of noise.
