Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Put all trash in outside trash bin.
2. Please ensure all lights, fans, window AC unit and electronics (T.V. and sound bar) are turned off.
3. Close all windows. Lock back patio sliding door.
4. Put all used dishes into dishwasher & start the cycle.
5. Return all furniture to its original position in the home
6. Strip USED bed sheets & put any dirty linens on top of each bed.
Used towels in the bathtub
7. Place mail keys on kitchen island
8. Conduct a final sweep to collect all personal belongings.
