This charming, new build, 2-bedroom, 2-bath cabin is located in Gatlinburg Falls just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Once you step inside, you'll feel the warmth and coziness of "On the Edge!" The living room is well-appointed with comfortable furnishings. You will find one King Bedroom on the main floor, and when you make your way upstairs, you will find the other King Bedroom. The upstairs area also includes the game area, bunk beds for your kids or teens. Filled with fun and games on those days that you just want to stay indoors. The resort pool is a great hit during the summer time, located just a short drive away from the cabin.

Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

For example, you can visit the Titanic first thing when they open (one person is free) and then ride The Island Wheel in the afternoon (one person is free) and then enjoy Putt-Putt at night (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day and one of your party is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Family experience

The doors were hard to open, even with the passcode. The fireplace did not work, the hot tub did not work properly, the upstairs bathtub was missing a drain stopper. Could hear others outside loudly while trying to sleep. Other than this was overall clean, and had everything we needed.

Great location & very comfortable!

Great communication on small issues. Pool table needs tips on sticks. Broom would be helpful, no internet available- FYI for teens! Clean & comfortable

Fun getaway

We had a great time staying at On the Edge. The cabin is in a great location and convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was easy to get to both and by pass traffic and there was A LOT of traffic. So we were very thankful for the location. The game room was fun for my teens and they used the hot tub one night but felt it was dirty and needed to be cleaned. It had things floating in it. So they didn’t use it again. The wi fi didn’t work, but we were warned about that before the trip, so it was expected. We used our cell service and we were able to log into our YouTube tv account from home to get the tv to offer a better selection of shows. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. The only downside was there were people in every cabin around us and they stayed up late at night talking on their porches and it sounded like they were talking in our bedroom while we were trying to sleep. The noise was loud late at night. From about 9pm-12am. So that was the downside to being in a neighborhood with all of the houses rented with many people up late partying outside. Overall we had a nice stay and would come back.

Review

Had a few items that needed attention. Skillets were not in cooking order. Downstairs toilet flush issues. Both which Itrip team addressed. Note, the kitchen garbage disposal did not work which was not a big deal, however, that same sink would backup and not drain but very slowly. Check the power plugs in the upstairs bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our visit. think biggest item to address is plumbing.
