They need to change the name
I was very disappointed with the view I mean it’s name is point of view where you NO VIEW!! Arcade game- you can’t even play the screen is messed up. Location was about the only thing going for it. The WiFi or should I say lack of since it is not a secure WiFi you have then you don’t so that was very frustrating
This was the perfect place for a weekend ladies trip! The place was in a great location, being under 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. We loved the hot tub and when we had a question about it, maintenance was there within an hour to help. It was VERY clean- I was a little concerned when reading reviews about uncleanliness/ possible rodents, but there was absolutely no sign of this. Our stay was so pleasant and I highly recommend!
Absolutely love the property. Everything worked. The one complaint was you aren't given any toilet paper, or trash bags and there were like 2 forks and 2 spoons. I don't want to go on vacation and have to supply those things. The hot tub was wonderful.
Cabin is in a great location close to Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas. When we first arrived, apparently the cleaning crew left their jacket on one of the chairs, so we placed it under the stair case. When we got back in from shopping, we noticed there was a light on and the jacket was gone. Very concerning as we had left some things at the house. We contacted the property managers immediately that night. We were contacted as promised, and it was explained that whoever cleaned the home forgot their jacket and came back to get it. We would have liked to have been notified first instead of having to go through all of our things, just to make sure everything was still there. Christmas Eve was different. I saw where someone had left comments about rats and they Are True. Either the problem has Not been addressed or there is a new family of mice. I was in the bottom stairs shower when my husband came and got me out to tell me there was a rat by the bed. At first I thought he was joking but he wasn't. Then within minutes, another one came from the living room area and rat out. They obviously live in the wash room closet because it is full of rat poop. We set a trap and caught one and the further we looked around, the more poop and mice things we found. Also listened to them run around in the walls all night. We were supposed to leave Tuesday but we left 1 day early. This might have been why my husband sneezed the entire time as he is allergic to nearly any animal with hair?
Clean. Furnishings need updating. Property needs landscaping and trimming. Good location to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The extra bed in the loft was perfect for oyr family. We had a few issues and maintenance came and addressed them quickly.

Unexpectedly disappointed
We had high hopes for “point of view” where there was no view. There was an overgrown tree in the line of sight, which obstructed the view of the mountains.
The first morning, while drinking coffee with my fiancé, was interrupted by a rat running through the cabin and into our bedroom. We found rat droppings in our cooler, window ledges and the kitchen sink. There was nothing for us to disinfect with. The property owner did have a cleaning person out and sent an exterminator (we were told) but we continued to find droppings and heard rat noises in the night. We bought our own disinfectant to clean up after the rat droppings. The rat problem could be attributed to the new construction down the mountain and the land clearing in front of the cabin. Nonetheless, the rat still cramped our style.
The jacuzzi was nice! No view but it was clean and hot!
The wireless was spotty and not password protected so, connect at your own risk.
It was a cute and quaint cabin but we couldn’t settle in and feel totally comfortable because of the rat problem. I don’t think we will stay again.
Loved the cabin it was very nice and roomy. Nice hot tub and easy to get to. No bad steep hills to climb to get to the cabin. Complaints - there are squirrels living in the wall of the upper bedroom we could hear them running around in the corner wall. The lower shower seemed to have a lot of standing water when you showered. Garbage needs to clean up beneath the back deck where the hot tub is. The ground underneath had a lot of liter below.
This is a very cute place to stay… Perfect size. It is a bit of a drive on narrow roads… So that was a little bit scary for a bunch of old ladies… But once you get to the cabin, it’s quite delightful and has a fireplace with a timer on it. That was really fun. I would recommend this place to others.

Everything is very old furniture worn out mattress very hard. No decor just walls windows nasty back deck as well and their was a rat that kept everyone up at night .no place for kids to play outside. Rocking chairs to dirty to use.
We booked this trip many months ago and based on the previous reviews, I was not 100% sure what we would walk in to. I'm happy to say, we were pleased. The cabin was clean and very welcoming. We had all of the amenities that were expected and the location is great! The beds were comfortable and the showers were clean and had good water pressure, we loved our stay here.
Very nice place but need to hire a new cleaning person. The place looked to have been rushed cleaned
Property was nice could have been a little cleaner, also there was a mouse that got into our food one night while we where asleep. Kitchen stove was dirty, and shower liners had black mold on the back of them. Bed comforters had a bad smell to them as if they hadnt been washed and someone had sweated on it so I had to wash it. The WI-FI was very poor kept coming and going, we had to keep unplugging it to get it to work.
This was a nice place to stay. It was pretty clean. Slightly dated, needs more kitchen towels but this would be our only complaint. Property management is very responsive and helpful. Not too far from town but far enough away for peace and quiet.
