Parking passes are $50 per pass plus applicable taxes and fees for up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort is absolutely amazing and clean. Highly recommend this building in general. There was a slight glitch with our room and the check in process as our door code had been changed and not sent to us, and it was hard to get a hold of anyone to assist us.

We had the absolute best time staying here! The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The view…Absolutely Amazing! We just couldn’t get enough of the view! The beach is gorgeous. The only thing I would recommend is putting the price to rent beach chairs and umbrella in the listing. They are 45 for 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. The guys that work at the booth were extremely nice and helpful. We are already talking about booking this unit again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything in the description and the photos was incredibly accurate. We were really pleased with the condo itself. The balcony was a special spot for my wife and me to take in the gulf view and enjoy our morning coffee. The condominium was very clean and had all the essentials we needed, including cookware and laundry access. Also, it was decorated quite nicely and had comfortable furniture for enjoyment. The entire facility was fantastic! The pool, the beach access, and the security in the parking lot made our stay even better. The communication from the management company was spot on. We were aware of everything that we needed to do prior to our arrival, while we were there and checking out. We will definitely consider this condominium again in the future.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You have to buy a parking pass and wristbands. The link they send you ahead of time didn’t work. The security guards could get it to work either and I had to call. I was told this is a common problem—then why don’t you fix the problem? There was mold all over the shower curtain and bathroom mirror. I used a swiffer to clean the floor and no matter how much I did it, the pad was always black. There was food on the rug—chips and pieces of candy. Definitely not clean.
