Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please turn off the heating and lighting before you leave. Go green!
Please leave access card to the clubhouse on the kitchen counter!
***One of the locked closet houses the water heater and the heat pump***
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Please return pool wristbands to kitchen counter before leaving. There will be a $125 charge for any lost wristband to cover replacement.
No smoking. If a guest smokes in our Villa there will be a $200 fee for additional cleaning costs.
