We are located in between the Indian Rocks Walsingham Road Bridge and the Madeira Bridge Causeway Indian Rocks bridge. With convenient access to Tampa International Airport and St. Pete-Clearwater Airport, this meticulously cared-for condo—managed by long term private hosts—delivers the ultimate in beachfront living, and timeless Florida charm.

We have been hosts since the start of Homeaway - and even before short term vacation rentals were popular. We were the very first advertiser in the upscale Fairfield County Gold Coast of Connecticut and have years of experience catering to the most discerning guests. We are professionals at what we do without the nondescript feel of dealing with a management company.
Why they chose this property
Indian Shores has a relaxing beach scene and there’s several shops, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance of our condo. Live music plays nearly every day all around the area. There truly is something for everyone.
What makes this property unique
The direct beach access from the private spiral staircase makes our beach home stand out from the rest. We have not one but two separate deck areas. - one perfect for morning coffee and tea and the other perfect for afternoon relaxation.
