This was a wonderful place. It is clean, comfy and so beautiful and the view from the huge windows is lakefront and gorgeous, especially the sunset. Our host was great with communication, too. The towels were soft and cozy, the toiletries were great, and there were fun snacks available, making us feel so welcome. Kitchen is well supplied. We would love to visit the area again, staying here once more!

Such a great place to stay for the weekend! Beautiful views, perfect place for a mom’s weekend away. The house was immaculate and the kitchen was super well stocked with utensils, dishes, and baking and cookware.

What a perfect end of summer getaway for our family of 5! The location was perfect for exploring the area, including Pictured Rocks, Kitch-iti-kipi, and Manistique. We enjoyed our evenings on the deck watching the sunsets and making s’mores by the fire. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything that we needed. We would definitely come back!

We are a group of friends traveling together across the UP. This home was an absolute dream. Sitting on beautiful Indian Lake with 2 beautiful sitting areas and a dock. The house has every amenity needed. Just a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Just 10 minutes or so from downtown Manistique. We hope to return one day!

The Indian Lake House was amazing. It was clean with a modern design, while still making you feel like you are up north. It was a great value for where it was located. Short trip to many state park attractions as well as close to orv trails. It also has a great view of the lake. The lake itself has a sandy bottom, so it is ideal for swimming. This was a perfect place for a family getaway. We recommend this to anyone considering staying in the Manistique area.

This is a beautiful home on a serene lake. Perfect for relaxing, yet still close to shopping and restaurants in downtown Manistique. Many of the UPer's stunning attractions are within 1.5 hours (Pictured Rocks, Tahquamenon Falls, Kitch-iti-kipi, Oswald's Bear Ranch) making it a great location. I definitely plan to return!

What a fantastic place to stay right on Indian Lake! We used this lake house as a home base for all our U.P. sightseeing. It's only minutes from Kitch-iti-kipi, and an easy drive to Pictured Rocks, Tahquamenon Falls, Seney, Grand Marais, as well as several beaches. It's just a few miles from downtown Manistique, and super easy to hop on U.S. 2. The views from the deck and fire pit are spectacular! We had the privilege of watching the Perseids meteor shower with a clear view of the dark sky, and the sunsets were amazing every evening. The home is a new build, so everything is clean and new and so beautifully decorated. We had every amenity, appliance, and item we could ever need, and Kerri generously supplied coffee, yummy snacks, s'mores, toiletries, firewood, and even bathrobes for our use. The bedroom layouts were perfect, and the neighborhood was very quiet. I honestly can't think of a single negative thing to say about our stay. We just loved it, and would most definitely come back again. Thanks, Kerri! (If you're planning on booking a stay here, be sure to check out Treasure City on U.S. 2 and Christopher's Antiques in downtown Manistique. Both were so fun to browse! The Grind coffee house is also downtown, and a wonderful place to grab a mid-day coffee and treat.)
