I loved the games room they made. They could include the heating of the spa and pool in the price of the house. Not enough toilet paper and the back room with 2 beds needs a blackout. We really had a good time. The house is spacious and comfortable. Thank you.

Liked: Communication, listing accuracy
House was good for our group to hang out. It was a new listing for the prop mgr but things were not in tip top shape. I sent detailed list to prop mgr. They chose not to rectify. Said they would send gift card but 1 month later, its not been recvd. Communication between vrbo, prop mgr and us during booking was rocky. Desert Hot springs is very windy and further from Palm Springs and Valley than we realized. Not much to do nearby. Does have close grocery. Bed and linens were nice, pantry had some basics. Was clean on surface, but needed a deep clean inside and outside and maintenance performed (hot tub, bathtub, coffee maker, games in garage, kit sink to name a few).
Clean and spacious. Pet friendly. Host was quick with communication. Only half the pool lights work so night swimming is only in the shallow end. Jacuzzi lights didnt work as well.
