This rental was anything but 'peaceful.' The description of the rental is misleading, as it does not explain that the rental is actually a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, but 1 room and bathroom are blocked off and occupied by someone (the owner?) If my assumption is correct, that person had full access to the condo, and it was a bit concerning or unsettling to know that. There were no locks or barriers on the rental side to make you feel secure. I never felt like I was alone in the condo. The walls/doors are paper-thin, and everything can be heard on the other side. I could hear him using the restroom, watching television late at night, listening to talk radio loudly in the morning, among other noises. Other than that, the rental itself was very nice and conveniently located. I appreciated the gated underground parking. Communication with the owner was reliable and quick. Owner was there to greet us upon arrival and was very accommodating to any needs or questions we had.

This property was extremely dirty and disappointing from the moment we arrived. We found frozen ants inside the freezer, and the refrigerator was extremely dirty with yellow residue and old condiments throughout.The bathroom was also very dirty, with hairs in the sink, bathtub, and toilet. The blankets were dirty, and we even found a bug on the bed. The overall condition of the property made us extremely uncomfortable.The check-in process was unnecessarily difficult. The host told us there would be a key at the front gate, but we could not find one. We eventually discovered that the door had a code, which was not clearly communicated to us. The property was also very difficult to find.After documenting the issues and sending pictures to the owner, I explained how unacceptable the condition of the property was. Despite seeing the pictures, the owner refused to provide a refund and did not send anyone to clean or address the problems.Because the property was so dirty and uncomfortable, I had no choice but to leave and stay somewhere else. Overall, there was honestly nothing about this property that I could recommend. The cleanliness, check-in process, communication, and lack of response to the problems were unacceptable. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone save your money and to somewhere else.I would uploaded more photos if i could i’ve rented many houses and never ran into a property this nasty
