Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-in after 4 PM. Check-out 10 AM. Max 8 guests + 3 couches. Parking for 4 cars. Quiet hours 9 PM–8 AM. No pets, smoking, or parties. Fines apply. Please treat the home with care.
House access: Self check-in by keypad. Code sent before arrival. Garage for trash only, no parking. Trash day Friday, take out Thursday night. Basement utility room for emergencies only.
Lock door and return key. Towels in washer. Run dishwasher. Turn off lights. Set temp 65 winter/68 summer. Lock windows. Take trash out. Reset furniture. Check for belongings. Thank you for staying.
