This cute apartment was exactly what we needed for our week at ASV. -10 minutes from the diamonds -full kitchen -washer & dryer -new bbq Everything has been thought of!

Pleasant and inviting

Our stay was pleasant. The home had all the amenities we needed. We were able to access bagged ice and gallon water right across the street when we ran out. Linens were all available and plentiful. Kitchen was stocked with cookware and utensils. Having access to laundry was a plus. We did it twice! The bed in the master was very comfortable and the other bedroom our son liked it when he came for a good nights sleep.

Forgot to leave a review from a few weeks back . . . just getting this under the wire.We loved this place. Nice light, even on overcast days. Nice comfortable furnishings. Tons of traditional/vintage architectural style. I love these old houses.Quick walk to donut shop and convenience store. Two minute drive to main downtown block of Oneonta for restaurants and activities. Maybe ten minutes to the All-Star Village (baseball fields) if that's why you're in town.Keys were in the lock box with the code supplied by text in advance. We locked ourselves out one afternoon and the owner was by in five minutes to let us in. Nice person and we had a great unexpected conversation too.Laundry works. All kitchen appliances work. Plenty of towels. Plenty of hot water.The side porch is nice for for morning coffee and stretching or an evening drink.Thanks! We loved it.
