This home is located inside the exclusive, gated Desert Mountain community. Desert Mountain Club membership is required to use club amenities (golf, dining, pools, fitness, spa, etc.).

Rental Policy:
Homes in Desert Mountain are available to rent on a short-term basis (30 days or less) to eligible renters only. Eligible renters are current property owners in Desert Mountain or current Club members of Desert Mountain Club, Inc. Non-eligible guests may only rent for 30 days or more.

Even without club access, guests love the serenity, security, extensive trail network, and easy drive to Carefree and Cave Creek dining, shopping, and adventures. Community quiet hours are 9pm–8am. We handle all gate registration for you.
