Really fine spot. Spartan furnishings but more than adequate. Some mystery about entry but fine when figured it out.Parking also not clear but again, fine after figuring it out.Access from parking back into building required some additional exploring. Cafe/coffee shop in lobby nice touch.Location exceptional for evening dining (all walkable) and driving access to key routes convenient. Futon couch probably not ideal for additional guest. Bedroom comfortable.
