The House is at the foot of the 'Serra de Tramuntana' between Pollensa (6.5 km) and Lluch (20 km). Hiking trails take you to Puig and Lluc Tomir. The beaches of Pollença Bay 13 km, 17 km Alcudia. Pollensa Golf course 12 km. Surrounded by a total of approximately 20 000 square meters of property. The farm has a lovely Mediterranean garden (1000 m², fenced), which is well separated by walls. Terrace with spectacular views of the 'Serra de Tramuntana' deck with dining table, benches and barbecue. From here way to the pool area and a patio with brick seating area under trees. The pool (8 x 4 m) lies on a strip of grass, sun terraces. Many decorative objects, antique chests and some stone ornaments on the floor, typical living conditions of Mallorca. Some doors with low height (1.63 -1.75 m) typical of these houses. The house has 3 fireplaces. Suitable for families. Car required

sehr schöne Finca in traumhafter Umgebung , ruhig gelegen

wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern , die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön , die Stadt Pollenca ca 7 Km entfernt . Das Haus ist mit Allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen , Grillen braucht . Wunderschöne Wanderungen in der näheren Umgebung , Kloster Lluc ist ca 15 km entfernt , zum Meer sind es gute 12 km ,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Une finca authentique dans un splendide environnement

Un vrai bonheur de vivre aux pieds de la Serra Tramuntana: splendide vue, calme, harmonie avec la nature. Antonia et son mari ont fait de leur maison familiale un petit paradis. Équipements satisfaisants, jardin et piscine très agréables, décoration de qualité (anciens outils agricoles), les moutons et les oies ont ravi les enfants. A conseiller, dépaysement garanti. Beautiful old farmhous

On the sloping foothills of Tramuntana, great views. The access road that leads up to the property is full of potholes: recommend not coming in a low clearance convertible ;-). Also plumbing (hot water, water pressure) needs an urgent update. This was only a bother on cooler days. Beds not suitable for heavy people. Outside pool area was brilliant! Lemons, rosemary and bay leaves from the garden: what a joy! So many different birds to listen to and watch (from finches, warblers, hoopoes, partridge).

Stunningly beautiful in tranquil surroundings

I stayed here with my family this summer and we all loved it. The property was even better than the description with great facilities and layout and outstanding views of the mountains and there are no mosquitoes! It was clean and well-maintained and the owner is easily contactable if you need her for anything. We found loads of incredible beaches with clear blue water and there are so many great restaurants close by to choose from where we had dinner out or barbecued in the evenings. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to return myself in the future. Many thanks to Antonia for a fantastic holiday.
