Not bad, it's an older building. Pretty decent remodel, parking is a headache. Overall worth the low nightly rate.

The location is amazing. The hosts were very responsive. The property was very clean (not one pest!). Cleaning and maintenance people were helpful when we needed them. Earplugs might be helpful for light sleepers. The street is narrow so garbage and other trucks sometimes make noise — plus there is a popular fancy restaurant across the street, but thankfully it closes at 10 pm. We had a great stay.
