Great destination

Very lovely get away away spot about 60 steps away from the beach. Not crowded at all and i saw a submarine from the coast right by my stay. Staff was very helpful at accomadating my arrival and departure. Friday night the even had a little small band preform for about 50 or so people on the beach. And theres a little bench right by the lifeguard shack facing the ocean a womnderful place to think. Definitly a must stop

Lovely place and great access to the beach. Floors were dirty and pipes squeaked very loud when turning shower on and off. A neighbor complained about the people before us showering too early. Very pretty grounds and comfortable bed. I would stay here again but communication with the host is ridiculous. I believe Christian either has too much going on or just is unorganized, but it shouldn’t be so hard to rent the place. People checking in had to wait past check in time trying to get Christian to send the code and he gets parking spots mixed up. The place is old but has a lot of character and nice, interesting people staying there in March. It’s worth the charge.

We had such a wonderful stay at Desoto in Fort Lauderdale. The outdoor area was absolutely amazing — beautiful, tranquil, and so peaceful. It felt like our own little oasis. The property itself was quiet and relaxing, yet still just a short walk to the beach, which made it the perfect location.The room had everything we needed and was more than enough space for two people. Everything was clean and in perfect working order, which we truly appreciated. It made the whole stay feel easy and stress-free.We especially loved that they provided beach chairs and beach towels — such a thoughtful touch that made our beach days even better. The host was also very quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale!
