The villa is located 400m and 1km from two of the island's best beaches (Santa Maria and Mikri Santa) and a 8-minute drive from Naoussa, the island's hot spot, boasting gourmet and traditional restaurants, shops and a famous nightlife.

This is an incredible property! Great location, clean, beautiful spaces, great amenities, everything you could want in a Greek island villa! We stayed here for a week with three adult children. We will definitely come back! This is a 10/10 rental!!!!

We loved our stay here in Paros! The house was spacious with a lot of private areas. The common space by the pool was beautiful and a great way to wind down to relax. The only thing I would mention is that in order to get to one of the bedrooms with the queen, you have to talk through the bedrooms with the twin beds. It wasn't an issue for us as we only had 3 couples and the twin room went unused but something people should know if you have a large group.George and Yiannis were extremely responsive and helped arrange a car rental as well as make dinner recommendations and reservations. We truly appreciated all of their help! While the unit was close to Naoussa, it's not walkable to places, so I would recommend getting a car. We truly enjoyed our stay in George's place and in Paros. I would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Villa

The villa accommodated 6 of us perfectly! Yiannis was there to great us and available whenever we had any questions or needs. Very clean. Beautiful views. Close to Noussa yet private. Would love to come back!

Beautiful location to enjoy Paros

The property was well appointed, clean, and perfectly situated to enjoy the best that Paros has to offer. Santa Maria beach and the lively Naoussa village. Our host Yiannis was wonderful and very responsive and helpful. The check-in process that required us to meet our host at a specific location was well communicated but was a little confusing for some in our party to find given our spotty cell reception. The only gripe we had was a slight but audible pump sound during the dead of night that we could hear in one of the bedrooms. We were the first to alert them to it and I'm sure they'll figure out a way to mitigate the sound. Overall it was the perfect place for our large party of 9 and would return in a heartbeat.

Idyllic retreat!

This house is fabulous...well-appointed, comfortable space, beautiful furnishings, and wonderful beds and linens/towels. Great views of the bay and only minutes from Naoussa. Kostas was a perfect concierge...answering any and all questions. The only suggestion we would have is additional seating on the porch/patio areas and a portable drying rack. But these are minor comments...we would recommend this house to all!

Amazing new place!

We had an amazing time at this new property. The kids loved the pool. We loved the quiet location, the gorgeous views, and the amazing beaches Paros offers. George is an amazing host and helped us with everything we needed before and after check in. This property was perfect for our family!
