Check-in and Check out times were a little aggressive for what we were paying (5p.m./9a.m.). Only 8 people in the house at one time is a little unreasonable. Otherwise, we had a pleasant experience.

Hi! We do allow for 5 pm, in case there is a check out and extra cleaning or maintenance is needed - but often it is ready earlier. We were happy to get you in @ 3:00 pm on check in day! Glad you enjoyed! EP Team
