2br 1ba modern home centrally located on 29th st. The house is close to the cruise ships, the beach, and downtown. The house is also available to book as a 3 bedroom (adding a king bed and a full bath)

The house has large kitchen, large bath, all-in-one washer dryer, central heat and air. The king bed has a Purple mattress and the second bedroom has 2 twin xl beds.

There is one parking space in the front of the house and plenty of street parking. The elevator can be used for luggage.
