We had great communication with host. We were able to access garage, which was good. Steps going into house are a bit steep.House seemed clean, beds were comfortable.Kitchen & bath were clean. We were exhibitors at the FWSSR, place is convenient, but neighborhood is not very good.

We’d also like to clarify that the neighborhood is an older, well-established area that is currently undergoing revitalization and gentrification. While it may not be a newly developed subdivision, it is considered very safe. Guest safety is extremely important to us, and we would never place guests in an area where safety is a concern. We host many guests here year-round without incident.
