An adequate accomodation. A few amenities I would expect were missing such as dish and laundry soap and wine glasses. The floor had been washed but was sticky. Electrical outlets and switches were loose. It was a good location for us and had nice beds and bathrooms
Stunk when we arrived. We killed a roach. Tile floors in the common areas were sticky and turned your socks black. The couch is not the one pictured and is broken down rough uncomfortable and stinks. Several places in the bedroom floors are sagging creeky feel unstable. Host will not message back about condition. There is a residences in the back yard that is not mentioned in the description. Bedroom doors won't shut. The showers were nice and feel unstable
Location of the property was perfectly place between my son’s house and Dickies Arena. If you are looking for a Spa resort atmosphere this is not it. It is a comfortable and home feeling. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping.
An older home with some great updates made! Super comfortable sleeping arrangements with great linens. The Backdoor needs adjusting as there is daylight coming in underneath. Warmer months would have had me worried about bugs. Lots of moisture inside as well, but no mold issues. All in all, we would stay there again!
The house worked out perfectly to the location of where we needed to be while in Fort Worth,
We stayed a few different times in our month of renting. On our second trip, the front door lock was broken and also found out the AC had broken. Contacted Edgar and he was very responsive and kept us informed as to the progress of fixing both the door and AC. We ended up spending one night away and luckily the next day everything was fixed. Thank you for providing us with the pictures and accurate accessories in the home.

Holiday stay for 3 weeks
The property is close to many amenities in White Settlement. Our stay was for 3 weeks. Edgar responded immediately to requests. Storage space in the primary bedroom was limited. Full bed in the front room needs to be at least a queen size to accommodate 2 people. Carpets in the bedrooms were clean, just need updating to more modern flooring. Dryer vented into house rather than to the outside of the house. This causes moisture in the house. Kitchen adequate, just dated.

Bad odor
We arrived at the home Friday after 4pm and as soon as you walk in there was a bad odor of stale cigarette smoke that got worse in the master bedroom and bathroom. The entire house smelled of bleach and a dirty mop. There was only a fitted sheet and a blanket on the beds and one 1 clean wash cloth in the closet. The ac vents were dirty and there were cob webs on the ceilings and corners of the rooms. When we pulled into the driveway the first thing we saw was a security camera at the corner of the front entrance that we were excited too see. It made us feel safer knowing it was there. At least an hour and a half prior to checking out the owner came knocking on the door to come in and plug the camera back in. We had no idea that it was even unplugged. They were ready to come in to clean before we even left with which made up feel rushed. He started cutting the grass around 10am before we could get our things packed into the truck which caused grass to get everywhere. The toilet in the master bath rocked when sat on and the twin beds were very uncomfortable. We kept tripping on a piece of wood in one of the doorways that was not secured down. If we would have known this home was a smoke friendly home we would have chosen a different location due to allergies. The owner stated he sent a message asking to plug the camera back in but I was sleeping Sunday morning and did not see it which is why he came early.
Pros:
Lots of space. Bedrooms are all large. Two remodeled full sized bathrooms.
Quiet working class neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Convenient to 820. I felt safe.
Full size washer/dryer.
Immediate hot water.
Great value for the money.
Owner was easy to reach and quick to respond.
Cons:
Internet is sketchy. Never had more than one bar of reception inside house or two bars outside.
More linens would be nice. We were provided 4 wash rags for 2 people for 4 nights.
None of the beds were comfortable. We tried them all. It appears all are box springs and not actual mattresses. The wire springs can be felt when you lie down.
Owners use a Nest AC controller. While I understand it prevents tenants from blowing up the electric bill it is not ideal for summertime in Texas. It’s set at 75, and in the summer we prefer 73. You can reset it, but it only lasts for 90 minutes then reverts to the default setting. Woke up a couple of times each night too warm because Nest had reverted to 75.
The front door knob lock hasn’t been disabled so it’s easy to lock yourself out even though you have the code.
There was an insect issue. The owner was immediately responsive. That being said, I was reluctant to go barefooted inside the house.
Overall, it was a good stay. It’s clear the owners are trying to provide a good experience for tenants. If the issues above are fixed I would definitely stay here again.
We rented this home for a small group of employees in town for work. This is the 2nd time we have used this house. It was a great experience as last time. Highly recommended!
I used to live in the area; it was fun to watch the jets flyover, play at Veterans Park, and eat food from Woody Creek BBQ. You are right by 820 West and 30, Lockheed Martin, and NAS Fort Worth JRB. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. This is a quiet neighborhood. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The place could have been cleaner. Overall a nice stay!
The home was clean and welcoming. Everything was provided that we could have possibly needed. The beds were very comfortable and roomy. Everything was accurately listed on the website. Would stay again.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was as advertised and priced fairly. The manager was very accommodating we needed to arrive a day early and he responded to my request very quickly and we decided to stay an extra day before leaving and once again he allowed us to stay an extra day. We would definitely stay there again!
