We had an AC in one of the bedrooms trip the breaker multiple times forcing my adult son to have to sleep on the sofa in the living room for the 4 nights we booked. The host offered to get us a fan. The pool was filled with dirt, bugs and debris everyday even after we skimmed it. I suspect the pool motor was the issue - we didn't hear it working during the day/late evening up until midnight when we went to bed. Linens were not clean. Few roaches were seen in the kitchen. This home was listed on elsewherewithme.com as a 5 star luxury vacation rental in Sarasota. They even altered the backyard pool pics to misrepresent the property. Stay far away from this property.

This review contains several claims that are inaccurate and do not reflect the circumstances of the stay. The only issue reported during the reservation was a bedroom mini-split AC unit intermittently tripping a breaker. Upon being notified, I offered multiple solutions, including delivering a portable air conditioning unit and an additional fan to ensure the room remained comfortable. These offers were declined. No concerns regarding cleanliness of linens, insects, pool equipment malfunction, or misrepresentation of the property were reported during the stay. Had any of these issues been brought to my attention, I would have addressed them promptly, as guest satisfaction is very important to me. The property photos accurately represent the home and amenities provided. There have been no alterations made to mislead guests regarding the appearance of the property. During the stay, the guest demanded a substantial refund far exceeding what would be considered reasonable for the single issue reported. When that request was declined, the guest proceeded to post negative comments across multiple social media platforms and vacation rental listings. I take all guest feedback seriously and work hard to maintain a high-quality experience. Future guests are encouraged to review the many positive reviews from prior visitors, which provide a more complete picture of the property and the level of service provided.
