This is located on a beautiful boat-access beach. The hosts are absolutely lovely and so helpful. They came to pick us up from the boat. Communication was easy throughout the process or booking and during our stay. They provided cooking necessities. The place was super clean. We felt right at home. The view is amazing, just sit on the deck with a drink and relax!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The oceanfront view from our room was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our trip. The location is incredibly peaceful and relaxing, with direct access to the water and Neptune Beach, making it the perfect place to unwind.David and Melora were exceptional hosts. Friendly, communicative, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and hospitality made us feel right at home.This was truly one of the most unique and serene places we’ve ever stayed, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We would love to return in the future.
