Getting Around:

Please note that the garage has been transformed into a game room, so indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

Your vacation home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, with our team committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Welcome to your spacious, luxury retreat in the prestigious Windsor at Westside resort community in Kissimmee, Florida. Perfect for large families and groups, this 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home accommodates over 11 guests and offers a premium stay just a short drive from Orlando’s top attractions.



Check-out is at 10 AM. Housekeeping is scheduled immediately after check-out to prepare the home for incoming guests. Late check-outs can impact cleaning schedules and may result in a fee of up to $300.



As a self-catering home, we do not restock supplies during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a single roll of toilet paper. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads, and the kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is provided, though coffee is not. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please notify us upon check-in so we can replenish supplies.



For your safety and privacy, a Ring camera is installed by the front door.
