Welcome to your charming getaway just steps from the ocean! This recently remodeled 2025 studio comfortably accommodates up to three guests and is perfectly located in the heart of downtown Lauderdale-by-the-Sea — one of South Florida’s most beloved seaside towns.
Enjoy the best beach in South Florida, just a 5-minute walk away, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and some of the best diving spots in Florida (second only to Key West!). The famous Lauderdale-by-the-Sea Pier is only a minute away — a perfect place to fish or watch the sunrise.
The studio features:
• 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed (sleeps up to 3)
• Free parking for one car (additional car $10)
• Coin laundry available on site (ask us for coins)
Everything you need — restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and entertainment — is within a 5-minute walk.

The property is very centrally located and yet has 100% privacy. It is small but has everything you need for your short or long stay. Sleeps up to 3 people and a pet. Feels like a private house. Parking is right in front of your entrance door.
