Enjoy the best beach in South Florida, just a 5-minute walk away, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and some of the best diving spots in Florida (second only to Key West!). The famous Lauderdale-by-the-Sea Pier is only a minute away — a perfect place to fish or watch the sunrise.

I chose Lauderdale by the Sea more than 20 years ago as quiet small town very safe in the middle of the hectic Pompano Beach and Fort Lauderdale.

What makes this property unique
The property is very centrally located and yet has 100% privacy. It is small but has everything you need for your short or long stay. Sleeps up to 3 people and a pet. Feels like a private house. Parking is right in front of your entrance door.
