On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Weekend Getaway with Grands

Room was very nice / beds very comfortable Property amenities were nice Only issue / Phoenix West II needs to run all six elevators, especially during peek season with a full house 32 Floors - Too many guests and only running half the elevators is really poor operational protocol.

Beautiful condo

It was a beautiful condo and wonderful facilities! We enjoyed our stay! The only problem was the floors were really dirty. Our feet stayed black the entire stay. When we put my grandson down to crawl around his knees, feet and hands were filthy. They came and cleaned the floors but it didn’t help.

Beautiful beachside condo

The condo was lovely. The beds were super comfortable, we had plenty of room. Loved the way it was decorated! Brett Robinson was easy to rent from and the staff very professional. I have no complaints with this condo however, the wristbands were a pain but I understand the need. The only other thing that bothered me was that small children were running around in the hallways (really loudly) to the point where we had to ask them to move along somewhere else.
