Front door latch needed repair. Some confusion with times at checking in. Other than that we had a great time. Located well, near cudjoe and not far from Marathon

We loved our VRBO! It was great to have a washer and dryer and plenty of towels - including beach towels. The rooms were spacious. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

We loved the place and will be back. Perfect location for those looking to stay far enough away from Key West or marathon noise/traffic but still close enough to make a trip there for dinner/activities. The one thing worth mentioning, the boat lift is tricky as there are big mangroves close by. If you have anything much larger than a 18 ft skiff, you may struggle. We will 100% be back and I didn’t want to leave.

By far the cleanest place we've ever rented in Florida. Everything worked flawlessly. Boat lift and parking beside house was more than adequate. Did launch a 23ft boat across the canal from house but would suggest the 4A boat ramp (1.5 miles away) its WAY easier and free. First time in the keys. Would not hesitate to rent this place again

We really enjoyed our week at this house! The house was exceptionally clean and everything was new. The owner has clearly made the effort to make this house comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. We loved the sitting area downstairs and spent many evenings there. Beds were all very comfortable. Overall, the house was all we could have hoped for. For those with a boat - there is a ramp directly across the canal that has a 10 fee. It’s wide enough to launch a 22-24’ boat. Loading is a little difficult under power (because of how narrow the canal is), but floating on was our approach. Having the ramp there was very convenient. No-wake run is about 20 minutes. The boat lift worked perfect. Canal is about 5’ deep and very quiet. There is on-water gas about 200 yards from the house. Bahia Honda bridge was a 15 minute run, 7-mile bridge about 25 min. Communication with the owner was great. We loved our stay here and planning to come back again!
