About this property

The Bay Residence is nestled in between trees on the beach at Marybrook near Dunsborough. The house has four bedrooms, all with queen or king size beds, and there are 2 roll out beds. 31/2 bathroom, and generous living space with outdoor area with built in barbecue and pizza oven. It was built in 2006 and recently underwent extensive refurbishment. The luxury linen for the beds in monogrammed, and house is beautifully appointed and the kitchen is by Miele. It is just a short walk on the track to the beach of Geographe Bay, with white sand and pristine waters. The house would suit two families to share a magical holiday. As the house is next door to the Ramada Resort, guests of The Bay Residence have access to the pool, gym, spa, and tennis. It's a 5 minute drive to Dunsborough townsite. There is a 3 night minimum stay for The Bay Residence.

Excellent experience - 10/10 would recommend!

A group of nine of us stayed at the property together over the weekend and had a lovely time. The house was beautiful and spacious - there was more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable, both for sleeping and hanging out. The location was excellent - the house is a very short walk to the beach right in front of it where the water was calm the entire time we were there. There is also a bike path between the house and beach if you had bikes to explore the surrounding area! The property was also only a 10-15 minute drive away from shops and even closer to some wineries in the area - Flametree is literally across the road, which is lovely to have a picnic at. 10/10 would recommend for a big group looking for their next holiday in the area!
