I stayed at this property for 5 days while attending a Scrabble Tournament downtown. The house was clean and only 5 minutes away from downtown. It had all of the amenities I needed. I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our vrbo house and appreciated the off street parking! Thanks for the coffee maker and toaster, too! We thought that the front steps were new and hopefully a hand rail will be added to those steps for safety and ease of bringing suitcases up the steps. Thank you.

My wife and I wanted to explore a few attractions in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City area over a 4-day weekend, and found this house to be centrally located. It was clean, well-kept, and was in a quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect for us and also would have been great for a family, a friend group, etc. Off-street parking was also appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
