This place was just as listed. It was very clean and had many more amenities than most places. Shawn was a very great host and made sure to check in with us to make sure everything was perfect! I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely use Shawn as a host again.

Shawn was absolutely amazing for a host! His place is gorgeous and very accommodating. Great amenities just wished the pool was open. Awesome having sheets and towels supplied. Shawn even had donuts delivered for us!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Island Time on St. Louis Avenue. Spacious bedrooms. The garage had everything you needed for a fun day at the beach. Kitchen was fully supplied with cooking utensils. The host, Shawn, was available 24/7 and very supportive with making our stay the most fabulous time. Would definitely recommend this home to family and friends.

We arrived to find our unit as advertised. Everything was spotless & well equipped for our trip. The addition of beach chairs, bikes & pool floats was a definite plus! Communication from booking & throughout our stay was clear, prompt & helpful! We found plenty of convenient parking between the garage under the unit and along the street.
