They are liars. The house listing stated the treehouse and lawn games are great for kids.Once we got there we saw a sign on the treehouse that said you cannot go inside.There were not any lawn games. I ONLY picked it for the treehouse. I reached out once we settled in & my kids came running in upset that they cannot go inside. I called the host, fairly & VRBO and then finally Gayle called me. Gayle said it was structurally unsound. Lots of back and forth. I text Gayle a picture of the verbiage on the website then all of a sudden it changed.The host stopped reaching out so I had to keep chatting with VRBO. Then they added a NO AIR and the trees house was not to be gone inside. Then it changed again. And then they took out the description of where it said about the tree house and lawn games. Luckily I had a picture of a few of them but not the spot where it did not say anything about either then it all of a sudden said it. I was quite disappointed in the lies, I feel when I rent a place for 10 days that I should not have to take pictures of the listing to make sure it is correct or they do not go in and change it and lie to me.I rented it 3 month in advance. Since I rented 10 days i could not find anywhere else to accommodate us. If I knew sooner I would have 100% canceled. They also then said well you can use the slide and then changed to it is safe its just insurance. It was nice and big on the inside. The house was great its. But I hate liars and cheats!!
