Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Lock the sliding door and return the wooden dowel onto the sliding door track.
Please do not raise the thermostat heater above 74 degrees for heating.
When you checkout, please set the thermostat heater to 67 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Within 24 hours, for insurance and security purposes, kindly upload a GOV-issued photo ID for all adult guests. Compliance is mandatory for check-in.
Strictly NO smoking or vaping or open flames e.g. incense, candles, or fireworks. Evidence of smoking will result in an extra $200 cleaning fee.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No unapproved visitors or day guests without prior written approval.
