This is a Great 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Perfect for exploring Waco! Minutes from Magnolia Table restaurant/Downtown trolley, 5 minutes from the Silos & downtown Waco, walking distance to Baylor University/McLane Stadium, Common Grounds coffee shop & Heritage Creamery (as seen on Fixer Upper), 10 mins to Cameron Park, Cameron Park Zoo & lake Waco and 15 mins to BSR Cable/Surf Park & the world's longest lazy river. This unit is 900 square feet. Spacious living & dining areas. Free parking onsite.
This upstairs condo features two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds, a sectional sleeper sofa in the living area that makes into a queen size bed and a full air mattress with linens and pack n play available, two full bathrooms with tub/shower and walk in closets for storing clothing and luggage. Ceiling fans are in both bedrooms and in living room. Dining area with breakfast bar overlooking kitchen. Keurig coffee maker, assorted k-cup coffee and sugar and cream is included. Living area has Smart TV and wifi for entertainment. Dishes, pans, utensils & freshly laundered bedding & towels are included.

This unit is located just off the Baylor campus within walking distance of campus/McLane stadium, blocks from I-35 and only minutes away from Magnolia Table Restaurant & Silos. This unit is located in a small condo complex of 14 units. The units are owned/rented primarily by graduate students, young professionals or visitors to Waco/Baylor. There is a great coffee shop (as seen on Fixer Upper) called Common Grounds Coffee, an artisan ice cream store (Heritage Creamery) and various restaurants nearby including Magnolia Table. Cameron Park and the Cameron Park Zoo are a 10-15 minute drive from this unit. Some of our favorite restaurants/places to visit include: Hecho en Waco, Ninfas, Chuy's, Diamondback's, George's, Sascee's Southern Eatery, Cafe Homestead, Te'jun the Texas Cajun, Dichotomy Coffee and Spirits, Viteks BBQ, The Backyard for live music and outdoor dining, Hawaiian Falls Waterpark, the Waco Mammoth National Monument, a city tour or Fixer Upper tour with Waco Tours, Cameron park Zoo, tailgating in touchdown alley at McLane stadium, the Mayborn Museum, the BSR Cable Park featuring the Royal Flush waterslide, the world's longest lazy river and new surf park, shopping at Spice Village, the Findery and of course the Silos & the Silo Baking Company!

Great Waco stay

The condo was a perfect fit for the four of us. Everyone had their own bed. There was room to relax in the evenings and great suggestions on things to do and places to stay. Kenya couldn’t have been nicer. All in all we had a great time in Waco.

Baylor Campus Jewel

This 2nd floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is in a great location for everything Baylor. It is walking distance to campus which is super convenient. It is also a short drive to everything Waco including the Silos, Magnolia Table, Downtown Waco and the suburbs. Would definitely recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a three generations trip!

My mom, daughter, and I traveled from OKC to Waco to spend some time at the Silos, then make our way back through Dallas for the Disney Immersive experience and Denton for Buccees! This was the perfect spot for the three of us, plenty of space to spread out but also hang together to watch movies in the living room after a long day of shopping. The owners were easy to communicate with, gave detailed instructions on what to do before check out (which were minimal tasks - put towels in a hamper and consolidate trash into one bin). There were a lot of great bonus amenities such as snacks, coffee, bottled water, and an extensive list of places to visit in the Waco area. The location was no more than a 10 minute drive to anywhere in Waco you wanted to go. Area was nice, just caddy-corner from the Baylor campus. The complex was small and quiet with parking down the stairs directly in front of the unit.

Wonderful well-kept property in convenient location

We spent a weekend in Waco for a family vacation. 4 adult sized people. There was plenty of room. The condo is very clean and well-kept as well as beautifully decorated. Lots of thought out into the maintenance such as having plenty of towels and snacks available. Kitchen is stocked with dishes and cooking tools and pans. Location is central but away from construction and traffic. Highly recommend!

This property is very well maintained, clean, and so cute! It has everything needed to make a stay comfortable, including the sweetest coffee bar. It was also very quiet, spacious, and is conveniently located to all things to do and see in Waco. The property owners are very responsive, and super helpful. They went above and beyond to provide advice and directions to help us during our stay. I would absolutely recommend this location to family and friends visiting Waco.

Wild West Waco Girls Trip

My friends and I stayed at this cutie apartment on our girls trip. The apartment was cozy and clean. One of our friends slept on the couch bed, and she said it was comfy. The host also had snacks and lots of coffee choices available. There were also other special touches throughout the apartment. It was also conveniently located to the things we wanted to do.
