This place was perfect for our family trip to the Jersey City area. The host was very accommodating and responsive, the house was as advertised, very clean and roomy, in a nice and quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend some time in the NJ or NYC area!

The location was perfect for a Hoboken baby shower that I was attending. It was a quick and easy drive or Uber ride to Washington St, the waterfront and more. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Having a parking spot included was a major reason for booking this unit and it fit my SUV without trouble.

The house was nice. Definitely enough room for our group of 7. It was a little hard with only one shower, but we survived. The parking was not good, because we had SUVs, so the 2 spots was not really 2 spots.

We stayed here from Dec 24 to Dec 27 and honestly had a great stay. Nick was an amazing host, super friendly and always checking in to make sure we were okay or if we needed anything. The house was clean and in great condition. We cooked on Christmas Day and everything we needed in the kitchen was available and worked perfectly. All three bedrooms were comfortable, and the two bathrooms were clean with shampoo, soap, and towels provided. The living room is very spacious and perfect for hanging out, game nights, or just chilling. The location is also convenient, about 49 minutes to NYC by public transportation. We would definitely stay here again.

Parking was inaccurate. And there is no queen pull out couch that was listed. They have 1 pot 1 pan... nothing else to cook with. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Tub didn't appear to be cleaned or toilet.

Nice quiet spot for a family. It was perfect for family of 5 to see NYC on a budget. Driveway fits one car/minivan. Kitchen was not fully stocked had only one pot. Plenty of Utensils, cups and plates but don’t plan on making dinners unless you bring your own stuff. The bathroom was not completely cleaned- trash was not emptied and used bar of soap in the tray. Only had 2 towels for our family of 5 but we requested more and Nick promptly brought us more. The rest of the house was clean with enough blankets, bedding and pillows. Overall would recommend just make sure to request extra towels and bring a pan for dinners if you want to cook! Kids were thrilled about the daily evening ice cream truck too.

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the American Dream mall. There were 3 adults and an 8 year old. Nick was very welcoming and answered any questions in minutes. The house was clean and warm upon arrival. We loved having 3 bedrooms to stretch out (we all snore). The kitchen had everything we needed to eat some quick meals. The TV was huge and the internet was strong. There are plenty of outlets for charging and even chargers on some of the furniture in the bedrooms. While the parking space in the driveway was not idea, we made it work. The shower felt great and there was plenty of hot water. It was also peaceful and quiet and we felt safe in the house. It was a short 15 minutes to the mall, we went to Big Snow, Nickelodeon Amusement park and DreamWorks waterpark.SO what are you waiting for? Rent this place? So much better than a stuffy hotel room.

Our host was communicative. He put up a Christmas tree , which made it seem jolly . The house was in quiet & safe neighborhood. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. There is a tiny grocery store right down the road . House is near delicious pizza .(Piscitelli pizza )Easy for delivery uber and Lyft drivers to find us . Not to far from NJ transportation. From both JFK / LaGuardia it took about 1hr due to crazy traffic . Heat was comfortable in the house . Having more than one restroom for 7 of us was what we were looking for . Beds / pillows were comfortable . When it snowed host came out to shovel the sidewalk and many steps to the entrance. Recommend items for the host : extra sheets for sofa bed , wash cloths & hairdryer. One item wished this place had was a washer / dryer . Overall happy with the stay .

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, particularly given the cost of the rental. Upon arrival, there were no towels in the home. When towels were eventually delivered, they were damp, crumpled, and brought in a garbage bag.The cleanliness of the property was also unacceptable. We found mold around the bathtub drain, stains in the sink, visible stool residue in a toilet bowl, hair in an upstairs bathroom, and dust and glitter-like debris on the bathroom floor, suggesting the floors had not been cleaned. One of the beds’s pillows didn’t have a pillowcase. These were not minor oversights but multiple cleanliness issues throughout the property that made us question whether the home had been properly prepared for guests.The host explained that he only has one cleaner, but guests should not bear the consequences of staffing issues. A clean property and basic amenities are fundamental expectations, especially for a rental at this price point.While the host was responsive, the condition of the property significantly impacted our stay. I would not book this property again unless the cleaning standards improve substantially.
