The house was nice. Definitely enough room for our group of 7. It was a little hard with only one shower, but we survived. The parking was not good, because we had SUVs, so the 2 spots was not really 2 spots.

Our host was communicative. He put up a Christmas tree , which made it seem jolly . The house was in quiet & safe neighborhood. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. There is a tiny grocery store right down the road . House is near delicious pizza .(Piscitelli pizza )Easy for delivery uber and Lyft drivers to find us . Not to far from NJ transportation. From both JFK / LaGuardia it took about 1hr due to crazy traffic . Heat was comfortable in the house . Having more than one restroom for 7 of us was what we were looking for . Beds / pillows were comfortable . When it snowed host came out to shovel the sidewalk and many steps to the entrance. Recommend items for the host : extra sheets for sofa bed , wash cloths & hairdryer. One item wished this place had was a washer / dryer . Overall happy with the stay .

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the American Dream mall. There were 3 adults and an 8 year old. Nick was very welcoming and answered any questions in minutes. The house was clean and warm upon arrival. We loved having 3 bedrooms to stretch out (we all snore). The kitchen had everything we needed to eat some quick meals. The TV was huge and the internet was strong. There are plenty of outlets for charging and even chargers on some of the furniture in the bedrooms. While the parking space in the driveway was not idea, we made it work. The shower felt great and there was plenty of hot water. It was also peaceful and quiet and we felt safe in the house. It was a short 15 minutes to the mall, we went to Big Snow, Nickelodeon Amusement park and DreamWorks waterpark.SO what are you waiting for? Rent this place? So much better than a stuffy hotel room.

We stayed here from Dec 24 to Dec 27 and honestly had a great stay. Nick was an amazing host, super friendly and always checking in to make sure we were okay or if we needed anything. The house was clean and in great condition. We cooked on Christmas Day and everything we needed in the kitchen was available and worked perfectly. All three bedrooms were comfortable, and the two bathrooms were clean with shampoo, soap, and towels provided. The living room is very spacious and perfect for hanging out, game nights, or just chilling. The location is also convenient, about 49 minutes to NYC by public transportation. We would definitely stay here again.
