Rates are based on double occupancy. For 8 guests or less, you get 4 rooms, 9-10 guests you get 5 rooms, and so on. Regardless of the number of rooms rented, the villa remains entirely exclusive to you and your guests and the unused rooms are simply locked.

Interaction with Guests:

Every guest of Maya Luxe is assigned an on-site personal concierge that has in depth knowledge and expansive networks in the local area. Your personal concierge will assist all your pre-arrival details from organizing airport transfers, pre-stocking your villa's fridge with your favorite goodies, to organizing tours and activities, spa services, making dinner arrangements, etc. Upon arriving to your Riviera Maya destination, your personal concierge will be eagerly waiting your arrival at the villa or boutique hotel to personally meet and greet you.

Getting Around:

In Playacar Phase I, it is not necessary to rent a car since just about everything is within walking distance. Taxis from the local town of Playa del Carmen are readily available for any outings. Daily transportation and excursions can be arranged through your personal 24/7 concierge.
