Fabulous 4-bedroom Deer Valley Home; Free Shuttle Bus to Slopes
This Deer Valley residence boasts the best of everything in Park City accommodations. The 4-bedroom, 4.5 bath home, accommodating up to 10, is located just half a mile from the base of Deer Valley and less than two miles from Old Town Park City. It is on a free shuttle route to the base of the Deer Valley resort, and is near the Park City free bus route, which loops through the entire Park City community.
Roomy, comfortable, and offering incredible views from every room, this mountain retreat gives guests many extras: two master suites, a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms connected to each bedroom, 8-person hot tub, wood-burning fireplace, spacious deck and balcony, use of the attached two-car garage, a washer and dryer, ski storage, and a barbecue grill. The Deer Valley shuttle runs every 20 minutes during ski season, making this the perfect home to connect you to all that Park City has to offer.
A spacious great room includes a large natural-stone fireplace, vaulted ceiling, floor to ceiling windows, large TV with cable and Apple TV, plus a stereo and WiFi. There are three dining areas: a formal dining table that seats eight, a side seating area that accommodates four, and counter/bar seating for an additional five. The fully stocked kitchen looks out over the great room, keeping chefs connected to the group and making staying-in a relaxing respite.
Two master suites welcome guests—one on the top floor and the other on the first level. The larger of the two rooms has a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa, work desk, full-size bathroom, and large TV with Apple TV. The upstairs master features a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, smart TV with DVD player, and full-size bathroom with double vanity, Jacuzzi tub and shower. Relax on the charming window seat with views to kill and plenty of reading materials.
Each of the other two guest bedrooms are generously sized with attached bathrooms. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV and private bath with shower. The second guest bedroom has two twin-sized beds (that can be made into a king upon request) plus private bath with shower/tub.
