Frequently asked questions
About the host
Hosted by Chris and Laurel Trahan
My husband and I have spent the last 20 years on Lake Champlain. It's one of the most beautiful places in the world to relax by the water while taking in the mountain views. We live in New Hampshire with our border terrier, Phoebe and spend summers on our boat in Mallets Bay on Lake Champlain,
Why they chose this property
Maquam Shore Road is known as the "gold coast" by the locals. It has magnificent sunset views overlooking the lake. As you drive south, the road is peppered with small farms, gorgeous water front homes as well as small camps like ours.
What makes this property unique
Our property was recently fully renovated in 2022. Every detail was done to perfection. From the farmhouse kitchen to the wood accents on the ceiling, our camp is a beautiful spot to call home for your vacation.
